At Out of the Box Behavior Services, we believe behavior support should evolve alongside the people it serves. Learning, growth, and meaningful support do not end at age 22. OTB was founded to help address the gap that many individuals and families experience as they transition between and beyond school-based services. Too often, individuals with complex needs encounter systems that struggle to provide the flexibility and individualized support that meaningful progress requires.

Thinking "Out of the Box” means remaining grounded in the scientific foundations and ethical principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), while moving beyond one-size-fits-all service models. Through clinical expertise, collaboration, and creative problem-solving, we work to bridge these gaps and provide meaningful support for complex behavioral needs across the lifespan.
