Specialized Behavior Intervention services provide individualized, evidence-based behavior support designed to address complex behavioral challenges while building meaningful skills that support safety, independence, and quality of life.
Services are delivered directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and are guided by comprehensive assessment, clinical need, and family priorities.
Specialized Behavior Intervention may include:
Development and implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) informed by Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) findings, designed to safely and effectively address complex behaviors while building meaningful, long-term skills.
Skill development, including building tolerance, communication, emotional regulation, and adaptive functioning
Desensitization-based intervention to support participation in medical care and community settings for individuals who experience significant barriers to accessing routine services (e.g., doctor visits, dental exams, haircuts)
Environmental modifications and proactive supports designed to increase safety and reduce behavioral risk
Crisis prevention and proactive safety supports for individuals exhibiting high-risk behaviors
